vers une disparition spontan\u00e9e, li\u00e9e \u00e0 la mise en place d\u2019une r\u00e9ponse immunitaire contre le HPV. Cependant, cette \u00e9volution est impr\u00e9visible et peut s\u2019\u00e9tendre sur plusieurs mois ou ann\u00e9es <sup>3<\/sup>.<\/p><p>Pendant ce temps, les l\u00e9sions peuvent persister, s\u2019\u00e9tendre ou \u00eatre transmises \u00e0 d\u2019autres individus. La connaissance de cette \u00e9volution naturelle est essentielle pour le conseil en pharmacie, notamment pour expliquer la persistance des l\u00e9sions, le risque de r\u00e9cidive et la variabilit\u00e9 de l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 des traitements <sup>2\u20134<\/sup>.<\/p><p><!--EndFragment --><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
